Ok, I've seen folks on Yelp before who only give 5 stars to fancy places, but I'm not one of them. Is Sus Hi at the same level as Kadence for me? Obviously not. But Sus Hi Eatstation knows what you're expecting from them and they deliver on that expectation with tons of flavor and the ability to customize everything. And that's 5 stars from me!

I appreciate that they clearly demarcate the vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options as they recognize that the world is not one-diet-fits-all. You can create an unimaginable amount of variations with protein, base, toppings, sauces, and extras. This means, you can be as healthy, or sinful as you like! I'm down for that!

Beyond having really tasty components, my favorite thing is the staff vibe. Their employees (ninjas) are so friendly and seem genuinely happy to be there. This makes a huge difference - the staff has bought into the concept and they obviously hire truly service-oriented folks.

There are lots of build-your-own-bowl places all around town, but I appreciate this brand and as an added plus- it's locally owned! read less

Innovative concept, strong service, food was solid, and price was great value. I wish the line went by faster , but not sure how to resolve that because so many people wanted their ninja food and you don't want to sacrifice quality of food or service as an owner.
They also have very clever marketing all around and very responsive to criticisms. read less

All of the ingredients are fresh and it's assembled in front of you. The mini bowl is a must (trust me, it'll fill you up). I highly recommend the tuna, spicy krab, shrimp tempura, and tofu tempura. The more toppings the better and absolutely every one I've tried has been delicious. They also let you choose as many sauces as you want, so you can definitely get creative here. The staff is fast and efficient, so you won't have to worry about a wait unless you're going during peak hours when they get a line. They're also incredibly friendly and seem to have fun with what they're doing which makes it an overall wonderful experience. Highly recommend. read less

That's always a great sign and the food was still fresh. I chose a bowl and loaded it up with white rice, spicy tuna, spicy salmon, fried tofu topped with cream cheese, almonds, wonton skin, edamame and melted cheese.. YUMMMM I loved it and came back 2 days later and got the same thing lol I love the unlimited options and different varieties of having a roll, bowl, or burrito. I have been to the colonial and lake nona location and I'm so glad this is right by my sister's house so now this will be our go to place when we want a quick bite. They are on the good side of the plaza almost next to publix, rather than the busy side by the gym and mexican place that's always crowded and parking is so hard and dangerous. read less

Seriously, where have sushi burritos been all my life? I will now make it a priority to visit Sus Hi in person once it's safe to do so again. But, until then, I felt compelled to at least leave a review on the food.

I love the create-your-own aspect of all their dishes. They do have some pre-set specialities but we always prefer to choose our own ingredients to include. My boyfriend's dish of choice is the large bowl, which is large (as the name suggests) and you get quite a lot of food for the money (5 proteins). I've tried both the sushi roll and the sushi burrito and, while I love both, I'm particularly obsessed with the burrito. Fresh, flavorful and filling.

We've only done delivery up to this point but the food is always prepared really quickly and makes it to our place faster than a lot of other places I've ordered from. So props to Sus Hi on the speedy prep and to the delivery company for speedy drivers.

I'd order from Sus Hi pretty much every night to get a sushi burrito fix if my budget would allow it. read less
