Sus Hi is like chipotle but for sushi. You can get a roll, bowl or burrito. I always opt for a bowl. It's a very generous portion. I always opt for salmon and tuna, but if you're not a fan of raw fish they have steak chicken and tofu too. After choosing your base (white or brown rice, lettuce) and choosing your proteins, you get to select your toppings. They have everything you can imagine - carrots cucumbers cream cheese avocado seaweed salad mango edamame, the list goes on. My favorite part is the amazing sauces they have. They have my usual go to sauces, spicy mayo and ponzu, and they also have so many you can't find elsewhere. Wasabioli (a creamy wasabi sauce) and Triple X (spicy and sweet) sauces are so great. The staff got my order correct, they were great about the toppings, and I felt I had a fair amount of rice. Recently I felt ripped off at another location after they sent me home with the wrong thing and the bowl didn't have enough rice. It's a little pricey but considering the amount of food you get and the exceptional quality, it's definitely worth it! Initially ordering was interesting to navigate because it was on an Ipad. (I'm not sure if this is how they normally handle ordering or if it is because of Covid-19 precautions?) Either way, once I was able to complete a bit of trial & error from trying to navigate the menu board, I was able to figure out what exactly I wanted. The ingredients looked very fresh and they had a full counter of to go orders ready and waiting to be picked up! Also, I didn't catch her name but the girl at the front counter was very friendly and helpful when I asked her a few questions during & after ordering. The food was aaaaaamazing. Full of flavor and so filling, I struggled to finish just half of the "Party in My Mouth" sushi bowl because it was soooo much! I will absolutely be returning and making this a regular place to go for lunch / dinner.

Great tasting fresh fish and toppings and all made to order. Make your own sushi bowl is the best idea and Sus Hi East Station is the best place to eat for this concept.
