I had their fried sushi burrito and it was so big, I couldn't even finish eating 1 half of it. The best part is you can add as many toppings as you'd like and they have a great selection to choose from. Will definitely be back. Highly recommended if you're a sushi/poke bowl lover. read less

Back then it was a pretty cool concept and we enjoyed going. It's probably been three years since we have gone back... mostly because we live in Winter Springs now and well... kids. I just don't get to go out as often as I would like.
However, the other day we were out and about and driving around and we remembered this little gem in the plaza. Bonus: it was next to an ice cream place and that's what we had promised our son for 4th of July 🙂 Not much has changed since we came here years ago. Maybe the lack of ninja uniforms from the staff? haha
But the menu is still awesome and the flavors are still amazing. They have even added a few toppings I don't remember seeing before (I am talking to you, sweet potato sticks... mmmm) The ingredients are super fresh and the sauces are my favorite part! I like to mix white sauce with teriyaki! yummy!
My bowl of choice: White rice, shrimp, almonds, edamame, cheddar cheese, sweet potato sticks, carrots and sauce. I think that's everything? Maybe some avocado as well. It's perfect! We were there right at close for a holiday and everyone was super kind and we didn't feel rushed to leave. They even chatted with my kids and gave them high fives as we left. The group that works there seems tight knit and that's nice to see in a company. Keep it up! read less

You can make a mound of food or just some fish and a squirt of sauce. I personally made a wrap (burrito basically) with 2 chicken and steak with bacon, scallions, edamame, and sweet teriyaki. Man that was pretty good. Hmm...a chicken and bacon sushi roll? IDK. But you can try it here. It’s practically any toppings imaginable for the sushi. I had the Steak and Shrimp Tempura bowl. I wasn't exactly sure what toppings I added, but the flavors seemed to work well together. I would only recommend that they create a few pre-selected bowls, so I don't have to make it up. I honestly got lucky with the flavor pairings, because I am typically a terrible chef. read less

Since COVID is still roaming around, they require face masks which is excellent and have social distancing stickers to remind their customers. I have been a huge fan since they opened their original location in Orlando years and years ago, it is so rewarding to see how much they grown and expanded.

Think create your own/ chipotle style sushi bowls, rolls, and burritos. This location has their new kiosks where you can order and then sit down for your name to be called. Other locations allow you to go down the line and point to which proteins, toppings, sauces you want but nevertheless the kiosks were very simple to use.

From the moment you walk in you are greeted warmly by the "Ninjas" and are eager to help you on the kiosk if you need any.

I trust the freshness and integrity of their raw fish and other ingredients (which unfortunately isn't the case for some other local establishments).

All in all, I highly recommend checking this spot out! There are endless combinations and options that I could probably eat here every day if I had the money to. Luckily they do offer lots of promotions fairly often! read less

We love this place. But their new ordering system is not efficient. There is a tablet system for ordering now.
