We ordered poke bowls and some had extra items (that the person does not like) and some were missing ingredients. Also the sauces weren’t what we ordered. The first time we assumed it was an honest mistake, but for it to happen twice and to all 3 bowls we ordered is frustrating. We won’t be ordering again.

Update 1: Sus Hi management is really willing to go above and beyond to make sure their customers have the best service. Violetta Gir, the director of operations, was very kind responding quickly to my review. She offered to remake our order whenever we request it for free. That is very generous. I really appreciate their effort to provide the best service possible. We liked their food so we are excited to try the place again. This kind of follow up encourages customers to come back!

Update 2: I changed my rating to 5 stars! Even after 2 months , Violetta still honored the offer, added an extra roll and made sure everything was perfect. And it was! We all loved the food! read less

I love that they have items labeled for food allergies! You can eat gluten free, dairy free, paleo, keto...I mean they really went above and beyond to try and accommodate. They also appear to have listened to feedback from their other locations and made upgrades to please their guests - that's how to survive in the restaurant business.

They prepare your food right in front of you and the food was really good. The bowls and the fried sushi is what I highly recommend! That's always a great sign and the food was still fresh. I chose a bowl and loaded it up with white rice, spicy tuna, spicy salmon, fried tofu topped with cream cheese, almonds, wonton skin, edamame and melted cheese.. YUMMMM I loved it and came back 2 days later and got the same thing lol I love the unlimited options and different varieties of having a roll, bowl, or burrito. I have been to the colonial and lake nona location and I'm so glad this is right by my sister's house so now this will be our go to place when we want a quick bite. They are on the good side of the plaza almost next to publix, rather than the busy side by the gym and mexican place that's always crowded and parking is so hard and dangerous. read less
