Price: 4/5 Price of food is very reasonable as it is fresh and good quality! They also have promos often and they have a rewards program, too.

Food: 4/5 Food was delicious and portion size was more than reasonable. I ordered a large three protein bowl with tempura shrimp and they forgot to add it in my to-go bowl and my boyfriend and I were already home before I realized... so that's my only gripe about it :(

Overall, I really enjoyed this place as nice meal! It is a place that I would be happy to go here again, but I just need to make sure they don't forget my tempura shrimp next time lol read less

What I love about this place is that you do have a very wide variety of options. They don't just sell poke bowls here, they sell soooo many appetizers, and you can even customize your own sushi or burrito. You really can't beat the prices for such fresh ingredients.
So far I've only gotten the poke bowl. The mini bowl fills me for $7.50. I believe the sushi is similar in price however seems like you get less food with the sushi. What I really love is that the brown rice here also has rice vinegar to give you that sushi rice feel. They definitely have the sauces here as well.

They even have some of their in house sauces bottle up for purchase. I bought the White and Triple X after tasting them with my bowl. I hope the location closer to my house is just as great, or I'll be making the drive to come to this location specifically. read less

Off the recommendation of a trusted foodie friend, I decided to give Sus Hi a try. I was little confused by the menu at first, but after expressing what I was looking for Dodger was happy to walk me through several healthy, protein packed, options that I could choose from. I decided on the "Workout Ninja" with egg rolls bcs they're my favorite. Dodger thoroughly explained that the Workout Ninja brown rice, grilled chicken, carrots, sweet potatoes, cucumber, avocado, scallions, almonds, spicy mayo, white sauce, and sesame seeds. My chicken was cooked well and seasoned to perfection. The avocado was fresh and soft just like I like it. I also enjoyed the spicy mayo and white sauce that really tied it all together. All in all I really enjoyed my experience at Sus Hi and am grateful for Dodger and the rest of the staffs knowledge about the food options. The egg rolls were very good as well. read less

First, as you walk into the "dojo" (their term for their locations) you are greeted as a ninja. You wait your turn in line and, if you are electing to go with a poke bowl, you pick your base, your protein, and the variety of toppings and sauces.

I first stumbled upon this amazing Hawaiian culinary treat in, of all places, in Birmingham Alabama and upon returning home, discovered this great place for poke bowls.

In addition to poke bowls, they offer other options. Honestly, my go to here are their poke bowls and I have yet to try anything else. I will say that I would like to try a sushi burrito, but every time I say that I am going to, the old poke bowl whispers my name.

I recommend a visit here. Healthy dining that is delicious. What more can someone want. read less
