I have been a huge fan since they opened their original location in Orlando years and years ago, it is so rewarding to see how much they grown and expanded.

Think create your own/ chipotle style sushi bowls, rolls, and burritos. This location has their new kiosks where you can order and then sit down for your name to be called. Other locations allow you to go down the line and point to which proteins, toppings, sauces you want but nevertheless the kiosks were very simple to use.

From the moment you walk in you are greeted warmly by the "Ninjas" and are eager to help you on the kiosk if you need any.

I trust the freshness and integrity of their raw fish and other ingredients (which unfortunately isn't the case for some other local establishments).

All in all, I highly recommend checking this spot out! There are endless combinations and options that I could probably eat here every day if I had the money to. Luckily they do offer lots of promotions fairly often! read less

You have the option to customize your own sushi roll, rice bowl or sushi burrito (!!!) and all the ingredients are super fresh. I got the mini brown rice bowl with spicy tuna and tofu. WOW! Portions are decent for the price. They have take out options as well as dine in. It's a marriage of sushi joints and Chipotle style dining. It would be my go-to if I was not so far away! You can make a mound of food or just some fish and a squirt of sauce. I personally made a wrap (burrito basically) with 2 chicken and steak with bacon, scallions, edamame, and sweet teriyaki. Man that was pretty good. Hmm...a chicken and bacon sushi roll? IDK. But you can try it here. It’s practically any toppings imaginable for the sushi. And man we were not disappointed.

Build your own sushi??? In rolls/burrito/bowls?! There's really no wrong that can be done. The protein options offered are varied from the expected raw fish to cooked options. The toppings are a good range. You can build your meal as you please. And then TEMPURA FRY IT.

It was delicious but I warn, it's A LOT of food. We were a party of 4 and all got the "Instagrammable" tempura fried sushi burrito. None of us could finish it. And this is after a long day of walking in the Florida heat at Disney. And for the price it was well worth it. We spent $45 between 4, including specialty add ons (yes avocado is extra) and fountain drinks. I will definitely be coming back, but maybe for a bowl next time.

It's a bit out of the way if you're staying near Disney but make it a point to pass by. Only thing I would suggest is to expand down south! This would do great in Miami! 😉 read less
