I have been a huge fan since they opened their original location in Orlando years and years ago, it is so rewarding to see how much they grown and expanded.

Think create your own/ chipotle style sushi bowls, rolls, and burritos. This location has their new kiosks where you can order and then sit down for your name to be called. Other locations allow you to go down the line and point to which proteins, toppings, sauces you want but nevertheless the kiosks were very simple to use.

From the moment you walk in you are greeted warmly by the "Ninjas" and are eager to help you on the kiosk if you need any.

I trust the freshness and integrity of their raw fish and other ingredients (which unfortunately isn't the case for some other local establishments).

All in all, I highly recommend checking this spot out! There are endless combinations and options that I could probably eat here every day if I had the money to. Luckily they do offer lots of promotions fairly often! read less

I ordered two create your own sushi burritos online and it was nearly ready by the time I got there. Unfortunately, they no longer carried the spring mix despite it being available on their online ordering system. Anyway, we took our online orders to go and ate them outside Spectrum Stadium in UCF.

To both of our surprise, they were ridiculously delicious. My girlfriend took back everything she had said about the place and decided, when you go to a place, order what they're known for... anyway, our sushi burritos were more than we bargained for as they were extremely filling! She could only finish half of it and I fought through the delicious pain and happily struggled to finish mine. I ordered a create your own wrap (tempura fried -$1 extra) with white rice, spicy tuna, spicy salmon, volcano crab, edamame, carrots, masago, tempura flakes, cream cheese, with five sauces... ponzu, spicy mayo,white sauce, sweet teriyaki, and fire sauce. Ridiculous.... I know.

As for the store itself, it's a great ninja theme and set up chipotle/ Moe's style. The staff are kind, friendly, and helpful. It was a great experience with a wonderful ambiance. If I'm ever in the area, I will definitely be back. read less

I ordered Uber Eats and when the food arrived I was overtaken by the aroma. I had a regular bowl w/ extra rice. I added many different things and I wish I could remember them all. And I was blown away. I'm now addicted. The food was outstanding and I called the manager the next morning to let her know. This is hands down my new favorite. When all the other businesses in the plaza were seeing a slowdown in sales because the students and Siemens employees were gone they were running full tilt doing takeout for their entire open hours. They've got a lot of GF sauces and most of their menu options are GF as long as you don't specifically ask for things like having your roll breaded and deep fried. read less

Many complain about having to order contactless, but I think it's health-conscious, so I also prefer it that way. Customer service and vibes are always so good here, too. read less
