Just like you would at many burrito places, you get to custom create a bowl, burrito or sushi roll to your liking. And to be honest, I was sketched out by the idea before going, but the quality of food seems to be pretty great!

I also love that they have fun sides like dumplings. The main challenge I have here is eating TOO much!!! My friend and I both ended up spending more than we wanted ... and ordering more than our stomachs could handle. That is something to keep in mind. There are a lot of a la carte options for the sides and drinks. Just like other "create your own" places, the price can rise quickly so be mindful of that.

I do really, really like this idea and their service. They totally embrace the whole ninja theme, which is fun as well.

Price: 4/5 Price of food is very reasonable as it is fresh and good quality! They also have promos often and they have a rewards program, too.

Food: 4/5 Food was delicious and portion size was more than reasonable. I ordered a large three protein bowl with tempura shrimp and they forgot to add it in my to-go bowl and my boyfriend and I were already home before I realized... so that's my only gripe about it 🙁

Overall, I really enjoyed this place as nice meal! It is a place that I would be happy to go here again, but I just need to make sure they don't forget my tempura shrimp next time lol read less

I ordered to-go recently via the website and it was super easy. I walked in, they had a designated spot for to-go orders, I found my name and walked out. I was a little early too and my order was already ready!
I usually get the bowl, it's my favorite! You choose a base (rice, lettuce or a combo) protein (various raw and cooked options) and all your toppings. It's like an Asian Chipotle. They have tons of different sauces to choose from as well as toppings for your bowl. If you get cheese and want it melted the scream FI-YAH! Which is fun, lol. For a burrito, bowl or roll it's basically the same process, they make it however you want it. I haven't tried a deep fried burrito yet but I want to! It looks so good! I have tried the loaded rice fries which were yummy and something different to try.

But let me tell y'all, this place SMACKS, it's soooooo bomb, so many options and combinations, not only burritos but bowls and rolls, also appetizers, the sauces are fucking tasty af, especially the ginger sesame. One of my favorite Orlando fast casual spots Sus Hi Eatstation lands in Tampa! Near the USF area, Sus Hi Eatstation opened during the pandemic and is still serving our area in a tasty, safe and responsible way. You can order by walk-up, calling ahead, or ordering through their phone app. The employees were gracious and quick to work. The inside of the dining area is wonderfully decorated with a ninja theme, with bar seating along the walls. I can't wait until we can dine in again. For now, the husband and I ordered take-out.

Sus Hi Eatstation offers a variety of fast casual sushi and small bite options. They have custom bowls, rolls and sushi burritos, or you can order something pre-set from the menu. They even have mini nori burritos if you want a sushi roll appetizer before your main course sushi!

The most decadent way to order your sushi...is to DEEP. FRY. IT! You can get regular rolls deep fried or get a behemoth sushi burrito deep fried! I ordered the "Fry Me a River" sushi burrito, which includes white rice, salmon, tuna, spicy krab, cream cheese, avocado, edamame beans, purple cabbage, cucumber, scallions, carrots, sesame seeds, triple x and wasabioli. You can also make adjustments to menu items; I switched out the triple x spicy sauce for the spicy mayo. The outside of the burrito doesn't get too hard when they fry it. It gives an extra texture to the fresh burrito and elevates the fried sushi concept.

My husband created a custom roll. The ingredients tasted fresh and you really get a fair amount of food for the price. We ordered a mini nori roll for our parents who don't normally eat sushi, but they enjoyed their order. The mini nori roll yields 6 pieces and can be quite filling for the occasional sushi eater.

I highly recommend Sus Hi Eatstation to anyone in the area! Although it's a chain, it's owned by a wonderful family who give back to the communities in all of their central Florida locations. They also have a lot of fun in their social media videos. read less

Their prices, variety of options, portion sizes, and customer service is beyond amazing. The only "negative" things I have to kinda say is that sometimes they don't have a topping that I want and the avocado doesn't look too fresh (I recommend that they cut the avocado when someone asks for it) but that's okay because there's sooo many positives. I always get the mini bowl (approx. $7) and it fills me up very well and if I get the regular bowl (approx. $10) then I have leftovers the next day. You can get as much toppings (not including meat) and sauces as you want. I recommended this place to anyone in the area, especially college students who want a good cheap meal. This place will not disappoint!!! read less
