Just like you would at many burrito places, you get to custom create a bowl, burrito or sushi roll to your liking. And to be honest, I was sketched out by the idea before going, but the quality of food seems to be pretty great!

I also love that they have fun sides like dumplings. The main challenge I have here is eating TOO much!!! My friend and I both ended up spending more than we wanted ... and ordering more than our stomachs could handle. That is something to keep in mind. There are a lot of a la carte options for the sides and drinks. Just like other "create your own" places, the price can rise quickly so be mindful of that.

I do really, really like this idea and their service. They totally embrace the whole ninja theme, which is fun as well.

First we ordered a small wrap with cheese, steak and bacon for my 17 month old and she was so happy and excited when they melted the cheese in front of her... they used a torch while yelling "Fire"! (Oh the little things) I had my own customized bowl of spicy tuna, salmon, rice, cucumbers, sesame seeds, avocado and some seaweed! It was my favorite sushi roll in a bowl with exactly the ingredients I love! My boyfriend also loved his Volcano wrap "burrito" and he said it was very filling ( and that man can eat)... my daughter ordered a spicy tuna volcano roll, She said it was the best sushi she has eaten since it had her favorites all in one. The price was very reasonable the 4 of us had dinner and spent under 40 bucks! I highly recommend this restaurant .We will definitely be back! read less

There was a situation a week ago where my friend and I waited for our food for a while (we didn't even realize how much time had passed because we were catching up). The manager apologized and completely refunded our order and gave us the 'happy little mistakes.' The staff there are always friendly and management is top notch! Especially with customer service. Service was quick and pleasant. When there was a small sauce error with one of my burritos, the workers were very friendly and offered different options. Really appreciated the friendliness.

The sushi burrito that I tried was amazing! It had shrimp tempura with a mixture of various ingredients including shrimp, mango, almonds and cucumber. Amazing food! The first few bites were extremely delicious and refreshing. The food was very fresh and exciting. Would definitely recommend the sushi burrito combinations, especially the sushi tempura option.

Couple nice beer selections, a really good vodka mixed drink. Plenty of options to throw in you bowls and wraps brown or white rice and tasty sauce options. All round very good, I would definitely recommend and will visit the UCF store. read less
