The last 4 times I’ve eaten at the one on Chickasaw my order has been wrong in some way. I know they try to be fast but if I see you taking your time to make someones order correct I’m not going to be upset as the person behind them. Last night they completely forgot my appetizer on a take out order then my bowl didn’t have the correct ingredients that I was up charged for and then while eating it I notice there is barely any protein on the bowl. And if you’re getting their sushi rolls... don’t. They’re not portioned correctly, half my roll didn’t have the avocado in it and they don’t roll them tight enough they just fall apart or the middle falls out. When I dine in my order is always great.. but that’s because I’m standing right there. But take out/Togo something is ALWAYS missing or wrong. Sorry sus hi but I’m going to have to take you off my take out/Togo order list of places I eat. read less

First we ordered a small wrap with cheese, steak and bacon for my 17 month old and she was so happy and excited when they melted the cheese in front of her... they used a torch while yelling "Fire"! (Oh the little things) I had my own customized bowl of spicy tuna, salmon, rice, cucumbers, sesame seeds, avocado and some seaweed! It was my favorite sushi roll in a bowl with exactly the ingredients I love! My boyfriend also loved his Volcano wrap "burrito" and he said it was very filling ( and that man can eat)... my daughter ordered a spicy tuna volcano roll, She said it was the best sushi she has eaten since it had her favorites all in one. The price was very reasonable the 4 of us had dinner and spent under 40 bucks! I highly recommend this restaurant .We will definitely be back! read less

We ordered poke bowls and some had extra items (that the person does not like) and some were missing ingredients. Also the sauces weren’t what we ordered. The first time we assumed it was an honest mistake, but for it to happen twice and to all 3 bowls we ordered is frustrating. We won’t be ordering again.

Update 1: Sus Hi management is really willing to go above and beyond to make sure their customers have the best service. Violetta Gir, the director of operations, was very kind responding quickly to my review. She offered to remake our order whenever we request it for free. That is very generous. I really appreciate their effort to provide the best service possible. We liked their food so we are excited to try the place again. This kind of follow up encourages customers to come back!

Update 2: I changed my rating to 5 stars! Even after 2 months , Violetta still honored the offer, added an extra roll and made sure everything was perfect. And it was! We all loved the food! read less
